What types of RFPs do you handle?

Commercial, government (federal, state, local), and nonprofit RFPs across technology, SaaS, and professional services. We're comfortable with complex compliance matrices and 100+ page submissions, including DoD and civilian agency formats.

Can you work on a tight deadline?

Yes — this is the norm. We regularly deliver complete, high-quality RFP responses in 5–7 business days. For 2–3 day turnarounds, contact us directly and we'll give you an honest answer about what's feasible given the scope.

How do you get up to speed on our product?

A focused 90-minute knowledge transfer session, your existing collateral, and 1–2 SME interviews. For ongoing engagements we build a reusable content library so every future proposal costs you less effort than the last.

We already have a sales team. How do you fit in?

We complement your team. Think of us as the dedicated proposal writer and BD support they've always needed but never had bandwidth to hire full-time. Your closers close — we build the engine that feeds them qualified conversations.

Will you sign an NDA?

Always. We sign NDAs before any substantive discussion. We also sign teaming agreements, subcontracting agreements, and other standard B2B documents routinely — this is a normal part of how we work.

What does a typical engagement cost?

Per-RFP response pricing starts at $2,500 depending on complexity. Monthly retainers for ongoing proposal support or BD range from $4,000–$12,000/month. We discuss scope and structure before any work begins. No surprise invoices.

Do you also build the software described in proposals?

Yes. When an RFP requires a technical prototype, demo environment, or build component, our engineering team can deliver it — same team, same communication standards. This is a unique advantage you won't find with most BD providers.

What if we're not satisfied with the work?

We revise until you're satisfied — unlimited revisions are included in every engagement. If output after the revision process still doesn't meet the agreed standard, we'll discuss a partial credit. We stand behind the work.
