One live RFP response, or a 2-week lead generation sprint. Small scope, real work, real deliverables. You see the quality, speed, and communication style before committing to anything longer. Most clients extend directly from the pilot — because the results make the decision obvious.

Scale or Adjust — Flex Without Lock-In

We adjust team size based on bid volume or pipeline targets. Ramp up for a busy quarter, scale back during a slow period. Cancel with 15 days' notice. No punishing lock-in contracts. Most clients don't cancel — because results compound over time and switching costs are real — but the option is always there.

Questions Before You Start

Can you work on a tight deadline?

Yes — this is the norm. We regularly deliver complete RFP responses in 5–7 business days. For 2–3 day turnarounds, contact us directly and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable given the scope.

How do you get up to speed on our product?

A focused 90-minute knowledge transfer call, your existing collateral, and 1–2 SME interviews. For ongoing engagements we build a reusable content library so each future proposal costs you less time than the last.

Will you sign an NDA?

Always. We sign NDAs before any substantive discussion. We also sign teaming agreements, subcontracting agreements, and other standard B2B documents routinely.

We have an internal team. How do you complement them?

We fill gaps — acting as the dedicated proposal writer or BD support they've never had bandwidth to hire. We can own a single RFP, run a parallel outbound track, or augment capacity during busy bid seasons.

What if we're not satisfied with the work?

We revise until you're satisfied — unlimited revisions are included. If output after revisions still doesn't meet the agreed standard, we'll discuss a partial credit. We stand behind the work.

Who owns the code and content?

You own everything — proposals, templates, content library, pipeline data, code. We build assets your team can use and maintain indefinitely, regardless of whether you continue working with us.
